Make a Difference, Volunteer!
Would you like to become involved in our community and help improve our communities environmental wellbeing? Keep Toledo/Lucas County Beautiful offers a variety of volunteer opportunities throughout the year where you can do just that!
From litter pickups to recycling collections to educational tables to tree plantings, there is something for everyone. If you or your group are looking for ways to get involved & make a difference in our community, please join our volunteer email list to be notified of volunteer opportunities.
Upcoming Volunteer Events
Vistula Arboretum Tree Planting
We’re partnering with Salem Lutheran Church to plant an arboretum in the Vistula Neighborhood. Volunteers will meet at 1127 N Huron St, Toledo, OH 43604 to plant trees and make a lasting difference in the Vistula Neighborhood!
We hope you will volunteer with us:
Sunday, November 9th from 12PM to 2PM
Monday, November 17th from 10AM to 12PM
No additional volunteers are needed at this time.
Warehouse Day
Throughout the year, we collect specialty items for recycling including yard signs, boat wrap, greenhouse containers, & candy wrappers. Volunteer to help us sort these items to ensure they get recycled.

Monday, November 10th from 4:30 to 7:30 PM.
