100 Public Art Works

The 100 Public Art Works project is a creative partnership between River Gallery Studio and Keep Toledo / Lucas County Beautiful, built around one big idea, transforming Toledo’s public spaces into public art. Led by artist and community leader Dean Davis, the initiative envisions our city as an open-air gallery, where every mural inspires, connects and creates economic impact for Greater Toledo.

Our goal is simple: to create 100 works of public art across Toledo and Lucas County.

This collaboration takes the idea of “beautification” beyond clean streets and green spaces. Together, we’re adding color, culture, and creativity to the mix. We’re turning walls, underpasses, and overlooked corners into meaningful landmarks that promote both environmental stewardship and community spirit.
