Our vision is to cultivate a City of Toledo and Lucas County that embodies justice, equity, and inclusivity. Keep Toledo/Lucas County Beautiful commits to utilizing our environmental initiatives as a catalyst for educational, creative, and social progress.

Our objective is to foster an inclusive, psychologically and physically safe and welcoming work environment where individuals are valued, their perspectives are respected, and biases are eliminated. As an organization, we celebrate the vibrant diversity of the Toledo area and embrace and honor the richness of our community. Discrimination, biases, harassment, or bullying of any form will not be tolerated.

As an organization and as a Board of Directors, we pledge to uphold these principles and ensure their integration into our vision, mission, strategic planning, programming, hiring and recruitment practices, governance, and board composition.
