Sustainable Restaurant Program
Toledo/Lucas County Sustainable Restaurant Program
Introducing the Sustainable Restaurant Program!
After interested restaurants have completed a short survey & consultation regarding their green practices, they are given a "Sustainable Leaf" rating. Restaurants are rated on a scale from 1 to 5 "Sustainable Leaves", indicating each location’s success in implementing green practices.
Each of our Sustainable Restaurants are valued & have taken extra steps to care for our Earth. Make sure you show them support in appreciation for these efforts.
