The records kept by the Lucas County Recorder’s Office have been available online to the public since 2003. It is the responsibility of the Lucas County Recorder’s Office to limit the possibility that our online information may be used for any fraudulent purpose. It is for this reason that we have implemented the username and password system.
If you would like access to our online recordings please contact our office. When contacting us please include your name and the business you are representing. If you plan to use our website for personal reasons we require that you fill out the application in our office and show proper identification. A copy of this application is kept on file.
By signing the application for access to the online recordings applicants agree to use our online services solely for legitimate purposes and to indemnify and hold our office and employees harmless from any and all claims arising from the illegal use of the information.
