LEVY ESTIMATOR UPDATED FOR NOVEMBER 4 ELECTION

The Levy Estimator and Tax Distributor, features on our AREIS website, are updated to reflect the county levies that will appear on the November 4 ballot. This feature allows a homeowner to estimate their change in taxes if their respective levies pass.

FORFEITED LAND SALE

The Forfeited Land Sale will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2008. Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. and the sale will commence at 10:00 a.m. The sale will be held in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room on the first floor of One Government Center. Due to limited seating capacity, only the first 160 registrants will be admitted on a first come, first serve basis.

Lucas County Auditor Anita Lopez Takes Oath of Office

Lucas County Auditor Anita Lopez was sworn into office on Thursday, March 8, 2007, at the Mayores Senior Center in South Toledo. The Honorable Judge Charles J. Doneghy presided at the ceremony, administering the oath of office to Lopez.
